The Sharkmen have two unknown staves from the bundle they took from the Sea Ghost's hold near the beginning of the adventure.

Save the Royal Family of Manaan from the Ecclesiarch's/Koalinth's coup
Status: Royal family warned of the shapeshifters in the military. Oceanus/Prince Thasseus delayed from entering the Priesthood. Coup still in progress.
Next steps: Return to Manaan to extract the Royal family or place them back on the throne using military aid from Seaton.

Status: Plot to take over Saltmarsh by unnamed means using elements of the Council discovered. Issue reported to Eilander. Eilander instructed the party to investigate but trust nobody in the council until investigations could clear their names.

Investigate reports of Lizardmen raids from the Hool marshes and discover reasons for their recent raids for weapons and armour. halt the raids if possible or report findings back to the Black Rangers.

Status: Information garnered from previous Lizardmen encounters. Plan given to Black Rangers to supply a weapons cache for the Lizardmen to specifically raid. Information leaked to the Lizardfolk to encourage the raid. Some Lizardment attacking saltmarsh discovered to be Koalinth in disguise.
Next steps: Travel to the Hool Marshes. Track Lizardmen to their lair and investigate reasons for the raids.
Locate the apparatus of Kwalish and return it to Captain Xendros of the Quatermasters of Iuz in Saltmarsh

Status: Agreement reached with Captain Xendros to return the apparatus to her after they've located it and used it to retrieve the druid's staves from the Sharkmen in return for the control key.

Quest giver: Captain Thero Kerynaegis of the Ocean Duke
Status: Captain Kerynaegis requested the assistance of the party to take the apparatus of Kwalish and instead of giving it to Captain Xendros, using it to raid Sea Princes bastions to free his men from slavery or worse. The party have agreed to put in a good word with the Lord Commander and restore Thero's unit's honour if they assist with the retaking of Manaan.
Next steps: Return to Speartip Rise and locate the apparatus.
Birds of various types are flocking together and attacking children or lone townsfolk aggressively. Discover why and formulate a way to prevent this.

Status: Birds discovered to be under some sort of curse. Party discovered that the birds were after a particular boy around Saltmarsh.
Old hermit Maude has limited control over birds far away from Saltmarsh.
Druid Dryaden of the Bark is supressing the curse in as many birds around Saltmarsh as possible, assisted by Druid Aoife of the Sky..
Next steps: Return to Saltmarsh and continue investigations into source of the curse.
Act as envoys between the human ruled Keoland and the Se-Elf ruled Manaan. Demonstrate the real resting place of Manaan to Keoland forces.
Quest giver: Governor Marcus Alfrey (Seaton)
Status: Agreement reached with Governor Alfrey for 2 ships, appropriate personnel, ownership of the Sea Ghost (with it's records expunged) and a Temple dedicated to the Cyan Songstress for the successful reaching of a trade and cooperation agreement between the Kingdoms. Sea Ghost is prepped for travel, additional boat and personnel being made ready.
Next steps: Take the Governor's men to the Kingdom of Manaan. Introduce the Human forces to the Sea-Elves. Assist in setting up defence and trade agreements.
Investigate the Alchemist's abandoned house and report or remove any criminal activity there.

Locate the Sea Elf Prince, Thasseus, to his mother with exposing Sea Elf ties to Eda Oweland.

Status: COMPLETED. Thasseus found as prisoner aboard the Sea Ghost, masquerading as Oceanus. Thasseus returned to the Sea Elf Kingdom.
